  • The second step is to preheat your oven. However, it must be preheated to 273 degrees Fahrenheit. Collect all the required oven components, such as a meat thermometer, tongs, and wire racks.
  • After preheating your oven, keep the wire rack nested with some sheets. The sheets and wire rack will help the steaks cook properly.
  • Cook the steaks until the oven reaches your desired temperature. Then, turn the oven off and transfer the steak to the skillet.
  • Put tissue paper or a sheet over your steak in a skillet to absorb excess oil and fat. Cook the wagyu steaks for a few minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
  • You can add your favorite seasoning to your steaks. After cooking the steaks in a skillet, leave them in the skillet for 10-15 minutes. We leave these steaks in the skillet to give them a marbling flavor and absorb all the juices.

  • First, keep your Wagyu steaks from the freeze at room temperature. 
  • Apply seasoning to the steaks. Once this step is done, divide your grill into two parts: direct heat and indirect heat. 
  • First, cook your wagyu steak in indirect heat for a few minutes. Then, transfer it to the direct heat zone for 1 to 2 minutes and remove it from there. At last, cook your wagyu steak on the indirect heat side for a few more minutes.
