Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days due to the print-on-demand nature of our products. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Free, unless otherwise mentioned. Delivery within 10 business days after processing. Orders from an U.S. supplier might need up to 30 days due to custom delays.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD.
- International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Delivery times are generally 10-30 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Domestic Orders (Canada): Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Canada.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. Scoop Canada’s Maple Patriot Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@scoopcanadamaplepatriotstore.com, and we will initiate an investigation with Printify and the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
